At Dahir Spices, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of food and spice products, we have outlined our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used spice products.

Returns may be accepted only if:

• The product delivered is damaged
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product is expired at the time of delivery

2. Reporting an Issue

Any issue with your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Description of the issue

3. Refunds

Once your complaint is reviewed and approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be made through the original payment method used
• Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

4. Exchanges

Where applicable, we may offer:

• Replacement of the damaged or incorrect product
  subject to product availability.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
• Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
